Where are you located and is there parking?

I am located in The Fix Salon & Spa at 10 Oneil St in Easthampton, and yes there is a convenient parking lot right outside our front door.

What is the booking process for an appointment?

Simple. Pick your services, fill out the new client request form and I will reach out to you via email within 24 hours (Tues-Fri) to schedule you your appointment. 

How should I have my hair when I come in for my color appointment?

Your hair should be clean and dry, without any heavy styling products. Otherwise, just arrive with your hair styled as you normally wear it.

What are Teasy lights?

This technique involves gently teasing small sections of the hair to create a more diffused transition between the highlighted and unhighlighted strands. This results in a more natural sunkissed look with a softer grow out compared to a traditional foil highlighting method.

What is the difference between permanent and demi-permanent hair color?

Permanent color covers gray completely, while demi-permanent blends gray and fades more gradually.

How can I maintain my hair color at home?

By using recommended color safe products and heat protectants, avoid excessive sun exposure, and follow any other specific instructions I provide.

What is dimensional color?

It involves blending different colors, highlights, and/or lowlights to create a multi-dimensional effect, giving the hair a more natural-looking result compared to solid color applications. 

How do I choose the right hair color for me?

I am here to help and provide recommendations during our consultation by considering your skin tone, eye color, personal style, and preferred maintenance schedule. 

Do you offer allergy tests for hair color?

Yes, if you have had an allergic reaction to hair color in the past, a patch test a few days before your appointment is required.
